Support the Native Staff Development Fund

Staff at IBC raise their own financial support, which can present an obstacle for Native people seeking to contribute to IBC’s mission as staff members due to financial limitations and economic challenges within home communities. Additionally, IBC faculty must have – or at least be pursuing – a Master’s degree in order to teach at an accredited Bible college. This is a significant financial undertaking for which the Native Staff Development Fund offers support.
