Fee Schedule 2009-2010
- Tuition
- Full-time 12-17 hours $600 (per semester) - (a $30 discount will be given when paid in full at time of registration)
- Part-time (fewer than 12 hrs. & beyond 17 hrs.) $50.00 (per credit hr.)
- Audit fee $20.00 (per credit hr.)
- Housing
- Singles (dorm) $185.00 (per month or $740 per semester) - (a 15% per semester discount will be applied to student’s next semester if in double occupancy dorm room)
- Family housing (utilities included):
- 1 BR apartment $400.00 (per month)
- 2 BR apartment or duplex unit $450.00 (per month)
- 2 BR manufactured home $450.00 (per month)
- 2 BR house $475.00 (per month)
- Dorm cleaning deposit (refundable) $100.00
- Family housing cleaning deposit (refundable) $200.00
- Key deposit (refundable) $25.00
- Guest rent $10.00 (per night)

If the student has arranged for monthly payments, the first payment is due on registration day and the remaining on the first day of each month thereafter. All accounts must be paid in full by the end of the semester the charges were made. The registration deadline for new students is the Monday of the first week of the semester; the deadline for returning students is the end of pre-registration the semester before. If registering late, there will be a late registration fee of $25.00. Students who pay their bills in full by the first day of class will receive a $30 discount. For purposes of fee assessment, 12 to 17 hours shall be considered full-time and the tuition figure shown above shall apply. For those who take fewer than 12 hours, the fee shall be $50.00 per credit hour to take classes for credit. Additional credits beyond 17 will also be $50.00 per credit hour. The fee for auditing classes shall be $20.00 per hour. Students must pay for their own books and materials. There is a late application fee of $25.00 and a late registration fee of $25.00. STUDENT ACCOUNTS MUST BE $0.00 TO ENROLL FOR A NEW SEMESTER (this includes rent charges). Two months of unpaid rent will result in eviction from campus housing. There is a 25% discount for spouses of full-time students.
